Why does the rocker seem to move slowly?

This electric baby rocker gently rocks front to back—not side to side like a baby swing. Allow 30 seconds to reach full motion. On carpet, rugs, or grass, attach the included glide plates to reduce friction and improve rocking performance.

What is the recommended weight limit for rocking and stationary use?

For best rocking performance, use the rocking function for babies up to 20 lb. Once they outgrow rocking mode, use it as a stationary seat for children up to 40 lb, following the user manual.

What should I do if the rocking function isn't working?

Make sure the automatic baby rocker is fully assembled and connected to the correct power source. If the rocking function still doesn’t work, we’ll help troubleshoot the issue and provide a replacement when applicable.

Is this rocker safe for newborns?

Yes.The rocker features a sturdy frame, a soft padded seat, and an adjustable 5-point harness that grows with your baby to provide a secure and comfortable fit. Always follow the recommended age and weight guidelines.

What if my rocker arrives damaged or with missing parts?
